APCA Shangla announced pen down strike against reshuffle in health department

SHANGLA: All Pakistan Clerk Association Shangla chapter has announced to begin pen down strike from today on Thursday against the transfers of health department officials by the minister for health.
A statement issued by APCA here on Wednesday said that APCA would start pen down strike in Shangla hospitals until the withdrawal of decision which was taken recently by the minister for health.
It said most of senior health administrative, store keepers and other staff was transferred to far away districts from their home town hospitals which he termed is illegal and injustice.
The APCA Shangla general secretary Hazrat Usman, senior vice president Muhammad Iqbal said that their president of the association is among the transferred, who is office assistant at the THQ hospital Bisham.
They said according to the service rules office bearers of the associations is illegal and they cannot be transferred from the sitting district where they have office.
